If you don't see the COD option, we encourage you to use our secure online payment methods for the fastest possible order processing and shipping.
2. How long does shipping take? (Fulfillment and Transit)
Understanding the timeframe for your custom Print-on-Demand apparel is crucial. Shipping involves two distinct steps:

Fulfillment/Processing Time: This is the time required to custom-print, package, and prepare your unique item. Our Print-on-Demand process typically takes 2–7 business days. This is where your chosen design is applied to your apparel.

Shipping/Transit Time: Once your order is fulfilled, it is shipped. Delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
In total, please allow 5 to 14 business days for your custom Print-on-Demand order to arrive. This timeframe ensures quality and care in the creation of your unique apparel.
3. Can I return or exchange an item? (Our Returns Policy)
Our returns policy is specifically tailored to our Print-on-Demand model, focusing on quality assurance. We prioritize making sure your unique item is perfect.

4. How do I track my order?
Once your custom Print-on-Demand order has successfully completed the fulfillment process (typically 2–7 business days) and is dispatched for shipping, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation via email or SMS. This notification will include your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website, allowing you to monitor your apparel during transit. If you have any issues with the tracking number, please contact us.

The fulfillment time is longer because your order is Print-on-Demand. Standard retail ships pre-made items. We start with a blank garment and print your unique design only after you place the order. This ensures quality control and allows us to offer many more exclusive apparel options.
8. What material are your products made from?
Most of our apparel is crafted from high-quality, durable cotton or a soft poly-cotton blend, depending on the specific product type. We focus on comfort and long-lasting wear. 9. Can I change my address after placing my order?
