We proudly operate through a Print-on-Demand (POD) model — each item is printed only after you place your order. This approach reduces waste, ensures freshness, and guarantees that every piece of clothing is uniquely made for you.

Our Quality Commitment: Sustainable Print-on-Demand Production

We partner with Printify, one of the industry’s most trusted print-on-demand providers. Every Evie’s Dreamlands hoodie, sweatshirt, and t-shirt is created with care, using durable materials and vibrant printing techniques.

We don’t hold large inventory. Instead, we create every product only when it’s ordered. This allows us to offer a wide variety of trendy, meaningful designs while maintaining the exceptional quality that defines our brand. You’ll always receive a brand-new garment, never an item sitting in storage.

Understanding Your Order Timeline

Your order goes through two main stages: Processing (Production) and Shipping (Delivery). Understanding both helps you know exactly when to expect your cozy apparel.

1️⃣ Processing Time (Production Phase)

Processing usually takes 2–7 business days. During this time, we:

  • Verify your order details and confirm design accuracy.

  • Print and craft your garment using the appropriate method (print, embroidery, or heat press).

  • Conduct quality control to ensure colors, sizing, and fabric integrity meet our standards.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • Seasonal demand, such as holidays (Black Friday, Christmas).

  • Design complexity, including embroidery or special requests.

We always prioritize quality over speed while ensuring your item is shipped as quickly as possible.

2️⃣ Shipping Time (Delivery Phase)

After your order passes quality control, it’s handed off to our carrier for delivery.

📦 Shipping Region: United States only (continental).
🚚 Shipping Method: Standard Shipping.
⏰ Delivery Estimate: 3–5 business days (after processing).

For total delivery time, simply add processing (2–7 days) + shipping (3–5 days).

Shipping Costs, Tracking, and Delivery Updates

Shipping Costs:
All shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Costs depend on package weight and destination — no hidden fees, ever.

Order Tracking:
Every Evie’s Dreamlands order includes full tracking. Once your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can easily monitor your order until it reaches your doorstep.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery timelines are based on business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Double-check your shipping address before completing your order — incorrect addresses may delay delivery.

  • If tracking shows delivery but your package is missing, contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, if a shipment is lost in transit or delayed beyond 15 business days, we’ll contact the carrier on your behalf.
If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we’ll send a replacement order free of charge.

If the tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
