Thank you for choosing Evie's Dreamland! We work with Printify, a trusted print-on-demand (POD) service, to create and ship every item specifically for you. Because each product is custom-made, our policy focuses on guaranteeing the quality of the product you receive.

1. Damaged or Defective Items (Our Guarantee)

We stand by the quality of our production. If your order arrives damaged or defective ❌, we sincerely apologize. This is a rare production error, and we want to fix it immediately.

To qualify for a replacement or full refund:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at eviesdreamlands@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Provide Proof: Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the issue πŸ“Έ (e.g., damaged print, wrong item, hole in the garment).

  3. Our Action: We will review the claim and submit the necessary information to our partner, Printify. We will then arrange for a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.

Note: There is no need to return the defective item.

2. Returns and Exchanges for Sizing or Change of Mind

Since every single product is made to order and is not stocked in a warehouse, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for change of mind or for ordering the incorrect size.

To ensure you get the perfect fit:

  • Check the Size Chart: Before purchasing, please review the detailed size chart (usually located in the product photos or description).

  • Measure a Similar Garment: If you are unsure, compare the measurements from our chart against a similar item you already own that fits you well.

We are not responsible for size errors made by the buyer. Please double-check your selection before completing your purchase.

3. Orders Lost in Transit

While rare, packages can sometimes get lost by the carrier.

  • If your order tracking has not updated or if the order does not arrive within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately.

  • We will open an investigation with our shipping partner to locate the package.

  • If the package is confirmed as lost, we will arrange for a free replacement to be shipped to you.

Note: If the tracking shows the package was successfully delivered to the address provided, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

Please remember that your product is printed and made after you place your order.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 2–7 business days to create your custom item before it ships.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping time is separate from processing time. Please refer to the estimate provided at checkout.
