📦 Shipping, Tracking, and Order Status 

 

We understand you are excited about your new graphic apparel! Our process is different from mass-market retailers because every item is custom-made just for you.

 

A. Why is the shipping time 7–12 business days?

 

Our T-shirts and hoodies are created using a print-on-demand model. First, this means we only print your graphic tee after you place the order. Consequently, this ensures the highest quality print and minimizes environmental waste. The process has two main phases:

  1. Production Time: It takes 2–7 business days to print, cure, and perform quality checks on your unique item. This ensures your faith-based apparel or teacher sweatshirt is perfect before it leaves our facility.

  2. Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 3–5 business days. This depends on your location within the US.

Therefore, please allow approximately 7–12 business days for your custom item to arrive. We appreciate your patience as we craft your quality product.

 

B. How do I track my order?

 

Tracking information is automatically emailed to you. Look for the shipping confirmation email you received when your order left our facility.

  • If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

  • Alternatively, you can message us using the form above. Just provide your order number, and we will promptly send you the tracking link.

  • Remember, tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update after the initial notification.

 

C. What if my order is delayed?

 

We work hard with our carriers to ensure timely delivery. However, external factors can cause delays.

  • If your tracking link has not updated in five days, please reach out. We can investigate with the shipping carrier.

  • Note that shipping services do not guarantee delivery dates. We are unable to provide compensation for shipping delays.

  • Ultimately, our goal is to get your inspirational apparel to you as quickly as possible.

A. Can I return a shirt because the size is wrong?

 

Regrettably, no. Since all our graphic apparel is custom-made on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer errors. This includes selecting the wrong size or simply changing your mind about the color.

  • We strongly advise all customers to check the detailed sizing chart located in the photo gallery of every T-shirt or hoodie. This will help you select the perfect fit.

  • We provide clear measurements for all our unisex crewnecks.

 

B. What if my item arrived damaged?

 

We guarantee the quality of every product we sell. If your item is defective, we will fix it immediately.
