Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order has typically entered processing and cannot be cancelled. We are very sorry to hear that. Please email us within 7 days of delivery at eviesdreamlands@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not discard the packaging before contacting us, as it may be needed for the carrier's damage claim.
Once we approve and initiate your refund, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution. At this time, we ship within the United States only. We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are not currently able to accept orders with delivery addresses outside the United States. We hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future and will update our Shipping Policy when that changes.
