We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days of receipt. If we require additional time, we will notify you in writing before the 45-day period expires and explain why the extension is necessary. We may take up to 90 calendar days total to respond to complex requests.

Sensitive Personal Information

The CPRA created a new subcategory of personal information called "sensitive personal information" (SPI) and grants California residents additional rights over how this data is used. The CPRA defines sensitive personal information to include Social Security numbers, financial account numbers and access credentials, precise geolocation data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, biometric data, health information, and other highly personal categories.

With the sole exception of account login credentials (which are necessary for account security and stored only in encrypted form), we do not collect any categories of sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA. Because we do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond what is strictly necessary to provide our services, the CPRA's right to limit the use of sensitive personal information does not currently require any additional action from you.

Minors and Children's Privacy

Our website, eviesdreamland.com, is intended for use by adults who are 18 years of age or older. Although we sell children's products, our website and its transactional features are designed for adult customers — parents, guardians, and gift-givers — not for children to use directly.

Children Under 13 — COPPA Compliance

In compliance with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children under the age of 13. We have also not directed any marketing activities at consumers under 18 and we do not knowingly allow minors between 13 and 17 to create accounts or make purchases on our website without parental involvement.
